STA-21 Application Process:
Visit https://www.netc.navy.mil/Commands/Naval-Service-Training-Command/STA-21/Apply/ for eligibility, application, requirements, and due dates. As an applicant, you must also apply to the school you are interested in attending and be admitted.
University of Utah Application:
